Terms of use
Draft for review. This page summarises how Privilege works today and will be replaced by the final text approved by counsel before launch. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Who can use Privilege
Accounts are created by the Privilege team for venues and creators it has approved. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.
Complimentary offers
- Accepted creators receive a one-time QR code to use at the venue before it expires.
- After the visit, the creator posts what the offer asks for within the posting window and logs the links and screenshots.
- Missing a posting deadline adds a strike. One strike pauses the account for a week, two for two weeks, and three close it.
Events
- Venues invite the creators they choose, or open an event to requests and approve each one.
- Accepted guests get a pass that the venue scans at the door. A guest may bring a +1 when the venue allows it.
Strikes
- Strikes apply to venues too, for example for cancelling a visit too late or not honouring an offer.
- A strike expires 180 days after it is given, and can be appealed to the Privilege team.
Paid packages
- Venues pay Privilege by Whish. The payment is held until the creator delivers.
- Deliveries are confirmed by the venue, or automatically after 72 hours. The creator is then paid their full price. Privilege's fee is paid by the venue on top of the creator's price and shown before they book.
- If something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute. The team can release, refund or split the payment.
Ratings and conduct
Venues and creators rate each other after each collab. Our team can remove abusive reviews.
